I agree to volunteer for the indicated shift(s). In exchange for my time, I will receive free admission to Oktoberfest and will use that privilege before or after completion of my volunteer shift, but not during my shift. I will also receive a commemorative T Shirt. I understand that I will be assigned to an area and duty as designated by the event coordinators and that they will make every effort to accommodate any Special Requests.

Typical assignments are more fully described under Assignment Descriptions and include Friday setup, Volunteer Check In, Gate Sales, Ticket Takers, Vendor Relations, Runners, Sunday Breakdown, or Flexible. Other tasks may be assigned as needed.

We sincerely thank you for agreeing to volunteer your time and efforts towards making this a successful event. It takes approximately 300 volunteers to make this event a success and we appreciate your help.
